Court of Appeals Victory
Attorneys Lester Pines and Tamara
Packard won an appeal before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals early
this month. The case was brought on behalf of a northern Wisconsin telephone
cooperative, Chibardun, against telecommunications giant Wisconsin Bell
(d/b/a AT&T), over Wisconsin Bell's refusal to pay for services
