Carol Grob is a partner in the firm practicing in the area of Business and Commerce, Real Estate and other property law for almost 20 years.
Most recently, Carol Grob has helped close on the acquisition of an operating Wisconsin Dells resort property, and negotiated non-compete and consulting agreements worth millions of dollars with one of the largest food companies in the world. Her career experience includes an arbitration to work out expense-sharing among the joint owners of nuclear and coal-fired power plants, counsel to the Trustees of the National Football League Pension Fund, and the original transaction work to create Wisconsin’s American Transmission Company.
