
Lee Cullen is a Senior Partner and founding member of the law firm of Cullen Weston Pines & Bach located in Madison, Wisconsin.
After clerking for the Chief Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, he has practiced in a wide variety of areas, including energy & telecommunications, governmental relations, labor & employment, and business & commerce. He has been active in developing state legislation related to electric reliability, transmission divestiture, statewide energy conservation and renewables programs, and environmental trust bonds.
He has represented clients in numerous transactional matters involving power supply and delivery, and before many state and federal regulatory proceedings (including the PSCW and the FERC). He has helped organize and represented several coalitions of diverse organizations working together on common legislative and policy issues.
