-Advocated for and counseled electric transmission company in state and local regulatory approval of new transmission line
-Argued on behalf of utility ratepayer advocacy group in contested case before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin related to the proposed construction of an electric generating facility by a public utility in southwestern Wisconsin
-Represented utility ratepayer advocacy group in review of decision of the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin by the Dane County Circuit Court
-Negotiated with other stakeholders on behalf of environmental groups and utility ratepayer advocacy group in proceedings before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin to establish conservation, energy efficiency, and ratemaking policies consistent with the recommendations of the Governor’s Task Force on Global Warming
-Intervened on behalf of environmental groups and utility ratepayer advocacy group in contested case before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin related to the proposed construction of a wind facility by a public utility in Minnesota
-Represented electric transmission company in appeal of decision of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit
-Intervened on behalf of utility ratepayer advocacy group in contested case before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin related to the proposed construction of an electric generating facility by a public utility in southeastern Wisconsin
-Represented utility ratepayer advocacy group in contested case before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin related to the proposed sale of a nuclear-fired electric generating facility by a public utility in northeastern Wisconsin
-Guided negotiations for major wind developer with local government authorities regarding siting and approval of wind farms in various counties throughout Wisconsin
-Drafted project development agreement and purchase power agreement for wind facility in northeastern Wisconsin
-Facilitated coordinated action by major energy efficiency company and consortium of local school districts to pass legislation authorizing districts to construct and own renewable energy facilities
-Represented coalition of local telecommunications providers in regulatory proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission and the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin
-Advocated on behalf of renewable energy advocacy group in various legislative initiatives in the Wisconsin state legislature
